PAYMENT:

Wheel and Loom gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments, all through PayPal.  You do not have to have a Paypal account  in order to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a Paypal account, you may use it.

SECURITY:

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING: USA:

Items purchased on this website are meticulously packed by Arla and shipped within 2-5 business days via USPS, unless other shipping methods have been arranged by the buyer. All packages are tracked and confirmed (whenever this is possible).

LOCAL ORDERS:

We are happy to arrange free pick up and delivery (within 20 miles from downtown Great Barrington) when possible. Please contact us for details.

INTERNATIONAL:

Please contact us to arrange international shipping.

TAX:

A 6.25% sales tax will be added to all orders in Massachusetts.

RETURNS:

All sales are considered final. If you find that there is a problem with your order please contact me so that we can find a solution. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

STONEWARE/GLAZES/FOOD SAFETY:

Since each piece is formed and glazed by hand you may find slight imperfections. These are intentional and part of the character of the individual piece. All pieces are glazed with lead free food-safe glazes. In some cases I recommend using a piece for decoration only, not for food. This will be made clear in the product description.

RECOMMENDED CARE:

All pottery is dishwasher safe unless otherwise indicated.

WOOD/FOOD SAFETY/CARE:

All cutting boards are finished in a food safe mineral oil. To maintain the life, mineral oil as needed. Hand washing is recommended.
